Arik was taken into foster care a couple of years ago and experienced some very traumatic circumstances. Fortunately, she has been placed with a foster family that has helped her process much of her trauma. Arik is very artistic and enjoys expressing her feelings through art; her favorite color is black, but she is learning to incorporate other colors for artistic effect. Although she sometimes struggles with social interactions, she has a best friend who is a snake.

Arikah enjoys art on a whole new level, as it sparks her creativity and allows her to express herself in ways that are both healing and productive. Through her artistic endeavors, she finds a unique outlet for her thoughts and emotions, transforming them into something beautiful and meaningful. Whether she’s painting, drawing, or engaging in other creative activities, art serves as a vital part of her life, enriching her experiences and providing a sense of fulfillment.
