Kenlisha has a really big heart. She has witnessed her father's struggle with mental illness since she was a child; however, she has managed to persevere. Kenlisha has experienced multiple placements. She is now attending culinary arts school and has been learning to cook and prepare meals for him.

Kenlisha has recently lost her father due to mental illness. Her journey through life has had many ups and downs, moving from one foster home to another, and finally learning to make it on her own. She currently works part-time from home and hopes to transition to full-time employment soon. On the weekends, she cooks and sells dinners from her home. She has requested a pair of UGG slippers because she spends most of her time on her feet. A pair of UGG slippers would keep her feet comfortable and cozy during the winter months while she cooks.
