Throughout her early childhood, she moved between various foster homes and reunifications with her parents, always hoping for stability. After her father passed away, her mother’s struggles increased, and Alexxa found herself back in care once again. Despite the weight of her worries, she holds onto hope that her mom will find a way to rebuild their lives. Through it all, Alexxa continues to shine—excelling in school, staying committed to her therapy goals, and making incredible progress on her path forward.
Alexxa is focused on building her confidence and learning to style her own hair. She's hoping to get a round ceramic thermal brush to help her practice new styles. With this tool, she wants to feel proud of her appearance and start each day feeling more like herself.
