Lilian is the second oldest sibling in her family. She is an excellent student and enjoys helping out around the house. Although she tends to be a bit reserved and likes spending time alone, she also cherishes moments with her younger sister and has a passion for reading.

Lilian requested a pair of warm Ugg slippers because her current ones have developed a hole. Her mother is currently facing financial difficulties and is unable to buy new slippers at this time. Lilian doesn't ask for much, and she told her worker that having new slippers would make her very happy for the holidays.
