Skylar is a young adult navigating his newfound independence. He has a history of being in foster care and was adopted at a young age. However, due to some behavioral issues, he later re-entered the foster care system and spent time in a residential facility. Now that Skylar has aged out of foster care, he is working to transition into a more independent adult life. He enjoys working with his hands and is interested in attending trade school. Having obtained his high school diploma, Skylar also enjoys both playing and watching sports!

Skylar has recently moved to a new home and would love to have a new phone to help establish and maintain contact with friends and family. In his previous residential situation, he wasn't able to do this, but he is eager to connect with others now. Having a phone will also be beneficial as Skylar searches for jobs and other opportunities for advancement.
