Skylar is a young adult navigating his newfound independence. He has a history of being in foster care and was adopted at a young age. However, due to some behavioral issues, he later re-entered the foster care system and spent time in a residential facility. Now that Skylar has aged out of foster care, he is working to transition into a more independent adult life. He enjoys working with his hands and is interested in attending trade school. Having obtained his high school diploma, Skylar also enjoys both playing and watching sports!

Skylar recently moved into a transitional home where he has the opportunity to stay for the next three years as he works toward achieving independence. Although he brought some basic items to get started, he would feel much more comfortable if he had a television as well.
