Mark is a sweet, social, and kind child. This year has brought a lot of turbulence for him, both his parents faced incarceration this year. He has had multiple placement changes, through no fault of his own. Despite being exposed to tough and challenging circumstances, he still reaches to find joy and connection with others. He has excelled at school, and his teachers describe him as sweet and eager to please. He desperately wants to find a sense of fitting in and belonging.

Mark loves playing with his siblings, especially when cars are involved. A racing care would give him a fun, engaging activities to enjoy during court ordered visits and help strengthen his bond with his siblings through shared play!
