Kaleigh is a third-year college student pursuing a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Allied Health. She aspires to work in the medical field, inspired by the care and compassion she witnessed medical professionals show her close family members over the years. Her dedication to education began early, she attended a magnet high school where she earned dual-enrollment college credits before even stepping foot on a four-year university campus. Outside the classroom, Kaleigh enjoys a wide range of hobbies that reflect her creativity, focus, and desire to support others. She loves dancing, cooking, reading, and playing chess, and she frequently babysits for family and friends who need support while they work or pursue their studies. Her commitment to helping others is evident both in her academic goals and in the way she chooses to spend her time.

Kaleigh enjoys cooking so much that she not only cooks for her but also her peers. She is hoping to obtain cookware essentials such as new pots and knives so that she can help more students experience the taste of a home cooked meal while pursuing their studies. She also prepares meals for students in her foster care college resource program. The students speak very highly of Kaleigh's cooking abilities and often look forward to the opportunity to taste her food.
