Kayla is a bright young lady that has big dreams. Kayla has a bright smile that lights up any room she walks into. She loves to be goofy to make the people around her laugh. She lives with her foster family that encourages her to accomplish anything she sets her mind to. In her free time Kayla loves arts and crafts. She also likes hanging out with friends and skateboard around the neighborhood.

Kayla is a wonderful and resilient young woman who is deeply committed to building a life she can feel proud of. Despite recently tearing her ACL and preparing for surgery, she continues to stay focused on her goals and work hard for her future. She is currently in school and applying for a medical assistance program, demonstrating her motivation and determination. Kayla has been sewing since she was very young, and having a sewing machine of her own would be incredibly meaningful to her. It would not only provide a comforting and creative outlet while she recovers at home but also support her mental well-being during a challenging time. She is excited about the opportunity to make clothing for herself, her family, and her friends. A sewing machine would truly help her stay engaged, positive, and inspired throughout her healing process.
