While it can still be challenging for her to express her emotions, Dulce loves caring for others and finds deep comfort and joy in playing with dolls.
Dulce lost her mother at a very young age, and since then, her great-grandmother has taken care of her. As a result of her early trauma, Dulce often seeks emotional support, nurturing, and companionship. She frequently plays with an old doll, pretending to be her great-grandmother and mimicking the love and care she receives from her family. This Christmas, Dulce wishes for a realistic doll that represents her as a baby being cared for by her great-grandmother during her mother's illness. This doll would help her express her emotions and provide a sense of companionship and purpose.
