Children, Youth and Families DepartmentRaven is a happy boy in foster care, thriving despite some health issues from birth. He enjoys time with his siblings and foster family. Raven loves the outdoors, especially water activities, though surgery has temporarily limited him. He is also fascinated by trucks, cars, and Spiderman, and is making great progress in learning to talk.
Raven loves to be outside. Raven loves to play in the different weather. Raven would love snow boots to keep he feet warm when he is outside.
