Emmanuel has been in foster care since birth. He has had some developmental challenges since birth but is now developmentally appropriate. He is now walking and is growing rapidly. He is curious to the world and completely engages with toys, and enrichment activities.

Emmanuel has a blast spending time outdoors, especially when it involves cars! A ride-on car would be the perfect Christmas gift, giving him endless fun and entertainment. It’s a great way for him to enjoy active play while embracing his passion for vehicles.
