Noelle is funny and an honor roll student who loves volunteering at elementary schools as a tutor and a mentor for children in need. She will graduate in May 2026 and off to a college of her choice. Noelle wants to break the barrier that often follows foster children that they often fall through the cracks. She has a plan and so far, she is mastering her plan.

Noelle loves braiding her own hair and the hair of others. She is doing hair to make money towards her graduation expenses for May 2026.
