Aaliyah is a teen girl that has gone through a lot and has been impacted by developmental delays. Though she is in a group home setting, she is doing well and has remained kind and genuine. The team would love to send a surprise Christmas gift to remind her how amazing she truly is.

Aaliyah has gone through alot, but, she stays very kind and genuine with those around her. This Christmas, we'd love to give her a hug ring so everytime she looks down she knows she is loved and supported.
