Shay is a quiet and shy girl who experienced extreme neglect. She is mentally and emotionally younger than her age due to the things she's been through, so she likes playing with her baby dolls.

Shay's caseworker is submitting a wish on Shay's behalf. Shay is completely traumatized by the things she has seen and been made to do, and will not speak with anyone. She is introverted and hugs her baby doll all day long. Shay could benefit from a tablet to help re-engage her with the outside world, be a source of entertainment, and help her educationally, as she is behind grade level.
