Alyssa has spent most of her teenage years in and out of foster care with her four younger brothers. Although she primarily lived with her grandmother, she also experienced multiple transitions between group homes and various foster families. She made a few unsuccessful attempts to reunite with her parents, which led to frequent moves. As soon as she turned eighteen, Alyssa chose to foster her four younger brothers. She does everything she can to support them and ensure they have a good quality of life. Despite suffering from fibromyalgia, Alyssa remains strong and selfless, always prioritizing her brothers' needs above her own.

Alyssa grew up in foster care and is now raising her 4 brothers and her two daughters at such a young age. Each week, she struggles to make ends meet. A gift card for groceries would provide her a little relief and allow her to allocate her grocery money to Christmas presents for the kids this year.
