Winnie entered foster care at birth due to drug exposure during pregnancy. She was later adopted and enjoys running and playing outside. Winnie also loves singing and dancing, and eagerly anticipates her weekly music class. She is thriving in school and is very sociable. Although she had a challenging start in life, she is adjusting well and is deeply loved by her moms and her brother.

Winnie recently went to the Nutcracker ballet put on by the local dance school, and she fell in love with the story and the dancing. She asks every day if she is going back to see the Nutcracker. She would love this musical book for Christmas this year. It would make her Christmas just a little extra special.
