Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTorrance is currently in foster care. He was born prematurely and spent several months in the hospital. Now, Torrance is adapting to life in a home rather than a hospital setting. He enjoys being held and talked to, and he likes spending time with others. Additionally, Torrance appreciates being outside and experiencing the different weather, which he can now enjoy since he is no longer in the hospital.
Torrance loves spending time playing on the floor and has a particular fondness for balls. Recently, Torrance has developed an interest in an interactive dinosaur ball toy, which would make playtime even more exciting. As Torrance continues to work on crawling and standing up, this new toy would be a wonderful addition to support those growing skills while keeping playtime engaging and fun.
