Shazidi grew up in foster care and now resides in a group home that supports him in leading a successful life. He is learning new skills and hopes to find a part-time job one day. Shazidi enjoys participating in outings within the community, shopping, and spending time with his peers.

Shazidi wants to start classes at the local community college and will be the first person in his family to attend college. He has a passion for understanding how things work and is considering taking programming classes. Shazidi knows that this journey will not be easy due to his learning disabilities, but he is determined to do whatever it takes to succeed in his studies. He hopes to have a laptop to help him keep up with his classes.
