Ali is a bright young lady living in an independent living program, separate from her younger siblings. Although this change was initially difficult for her, as she deeply values family and caring for her siblings, she has remained hopeful and keeps in contact with them. Ali has big dreams of becoming a neurosurgeon, and she is dedicated to her studies to achieve this goal. She enjoys working with children and spending time with friends who feel like family to her.

Ali loves spending time outdoors. Walking in her community, breathing in the fresh air, and waving hello to her neighbors always brings her joy. As she embarks on a new semester and starts two new jobs, she is learning how to balance this phase of her life. Always on the lookout for new ways to stay active, Ali finds that walking becomes less enjoyable as the temperature drops. She hopes that someone might gift her a bike for the holidays, allowing her to ride around campus and throughout the community.
