Lucy is an amazing girl who has shown tremendous strength and resilience, especially after the loss of her mother, which led her to enter foster care. This transition has been very challenging for Lucy; not only is she navigating a new environment, but she is also coping with the absence of her mom. She lives in a loving kinship home and continues to grow every day. She is adjusting remarkably well and is doing her best. Lucy loves being part of the choir. Singing brings her so much joy and confidence. She is earning great grades and making new friends, which is really helping her process what she is going through.

When Lucy isn't practicing her favorite song for the school choir, she enjoys playing Roblox with her foster siblings and spending quality time with her friends. She feels happiest when exploring new places, going on trips, and especially visiting a local amusement park. Lucy is very excited for the holidays because they feature an amazing light show that you can walk through. This winter, she is wishing for a cozy pair of Ugg boots to help her feel stylish and confident.
