Kimberlyenjoys doing makeup and having fun, and once she is settled into her new home, she plans to return to school to complete her high school diploma. Afterward, she hopes to attend cosmetology school to pursue her passion. Kimberly moved in and out of foster care until the age of 17, when she exited care and returned home to her parents. At 18, she experienced homelessness, which led her to seek support from the Alliance. She needed assistance securing stable housing, and we were recently able to connect her with Independent Living Program (ILP) services. Kimberly was accepted into ILP housing and is now taking meaningful steps toward rebuilding her life.

Kimberly recently moved into transitional housing. She lacks the financial resources to purchase essential items for her new home. She is requesting financial assistance to obtain basic hygiene. Kimberly has worked hard to overcome significant challenges and to get her life back on track. Providing support at this critical time would greatly ease her transition into housing and help set her up for stability and success.
