A new backpack filled with school supplies and new clothes are being requested since Dawson just started a new year of high school. To be able to fit in with his peers is very important to him and these items will help him be able to do so. He will also be able to have a successful school year. Dawson would be very grateful for anything given to him, as he wont expect it.

Dawson is a smart 16 y/o boy who sometimes has to be the "man" of the house. He is the oldest of 5 siblings and lives with his mother who is cognitively impaired and has no transportation. Dawson is a very brilliant child and has big dreams. Dawson loves playing sports and would love to fulfill his dream of being a professional football player so he can buy a nice, big house for his mother and siblings.
