Children, Youth and Families DepartmentRaven is a happy boy in foster care, thriving despite some health issues from birth. He enjoys time with his siblings and foster family. Raven loves the outdoors, especially water activities, though surgery has temporarily limited him. He is also fascinated by trucks, cars, and Spiderman, and is making great progress in learning to talk.
Raven is a bit behind his peers in learning. A LeapFrog Mr. Pencil will help him master his letters. With regular practice, he will gain the skills he needs to catch up.
