Layla entered foster care at twelve after running away from home. Her life before was unstable, but she's learned to navigate the system. She is now focused on her future and determined to move past her past experiences. She lives in a foster home and is slowly opening up to a few supportive people. Layla dreams of becoming a tattoo artist because drawing has always helped her express herself. She wants to use tattooing to tell stories and promote healing and empowerment.

Layla is asking for an Amazon Echo Dot for her room to make her everyday routine easier and more enjoyable. With an Echo Dot, she could play music, set alarms and reminders, check the weather, and use voice commands without having to stop what she’s doing. It would help her stay organized while also creating a relaxing, cozy vibe in her space—whether she’s getting ready for the day, studying, or winding down at night.
