Avian aged out after living with her grandparents in Texas where she felt isolated and unaccepted. She returned to Spokane and is slowly, carefully rebuilding a sense of security. She is an introvert and a homebody who is starting to step outside her comfort zone with the help of her caseworkers.

Avian is asking for crochet yarn because she really enjoys crocheting. Working on her projects helps calm her mind and supports her mental health.
