She often kept her feelings to herself because she didn’t trust anyone enough to share them. Instead of letting her tough past hold her back, she used it as motivation. Nesha decided to become the person she needed when she was younger—someone who listens and helps others heal. Now, she’s studying to be a therapist to create safe spaces for young people, especially those in foster care. For Nesha, it's a mission to break the silence and support those who need it.
