Joseph is an energetic boy who loves spending time outdoors. He enjoys playing and exploring. He is in foster care, and he has had the chance to try many new activities. Joseph likes sports and wants to interact more with children his own age, as he didn't have these opportunities before entering foster care.

Joseph loves being outside! He would love to have a shiny scooter he wants to ride. Joseph enjoys going for walks with his foster family, looking for fun animals. He thinks using his scooter while exploring would be super fun!
