Garret was removed from his parents’ custody after he and his 10-month-old younger brother were physically abused. Garret and his brother have been in a wonderful foster home over the last year, and the foster parents describe him as a happy, affectionate and active toddler. Both he and is brother are thriving in their care, and enjoy going to parks and beaches to exert their boundless energy.

Garret is such an active and imaginative boy who loves to run, jump, slide, and swing. On a recent play date, Garret rode a scooter at this friends' house and absolutely loved it. As Garret's birthday is just around the corner, he would be overjoyed to receive a scooter of his own on his special day.
