Seung is a current foster youth who has been working part time while attending college, where he is majoring in statistics. He has been successfully and actively indulging in both and being able to balance both sometimes can become overwhelming. With that being said, he is also trying to maintain his mental well-being. Isaac, on the other hand, is currently financially independent and using all of his means to support himself.

Seung would like to request this iPad to help pursue his goals and further his education. Having an iPad for college would allow him to optimize his time by keeping everything digital and also reduce waste in materials and resources, which he feels he doesn't utilize as much as a quick tap to pull up notes. Plus, it would help Seung to have fun and engage in educational competition with the top students of his class.
