Alurah is one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet. She is also incredibly resilient. Having gone through foster care, she has thrived and worked hard to create a better life for herself. She is a full-time environmental studies student and a truly bright light.

Alurah is a hardworking, dedicated, and determined young woman who is constantly investing in her future. She is currently in school and only a short distance away from earning her associate’s degree. With applications submitted to several four?year colleges for the fall, she is excited and motivated to continue her education. She recently interviewed for a position at McDonald’s and is hopeful about the opportunity. If she gets the job, she will need additional work clothes, but she doesn’t have the financial flexibility to purchase them right now. A Walmart gift card would make a meaningful difference, helping her get the essentials she needs to start and maintain her job with confidence. Alurah is eager to begin working, earning her own income, and saving for her future. Supporting her at this moment would truly help her continue on the path she’s worked so hard to build.
