Adonay has experienced homelessness for the past three and a half years after arriving in the United States. During this time, he spent some months in foster care before reuniting with his family. Now, Adonay and his family have finally moved into their first real home—a place they can truly call their own. However, they currently have no furniture or household essentials to make their new space comfortable. Despite these challenges, Adonay continues to attend school and strives to live the life of a regular person. His determination and perseverance shine through, and with the right support, he and his family can begin to build stability and comfort in their new home.

Adonay really needs a new dresser. With new clothes coming in, having one would help him feel more organized. It would also give him a sense of privacy and ownership over his own space. Keeping his clothes neatly stored will be a big improvement over having them scattered around.
