In addition to her studies and new home, Shavon is also in the process of adopting one of her nephews, ensuring that he stays out of foster care. This is truly an exciting and transformative time in her life!
Shavon is a dedicated young lady who spent much of her childhood in foster care in New York. She currently finds herself struggling financially, living on a fixed income. Her old coat, worn and tattered with holes and tears, no longer provides the warmth she needs. Shavon dreams of owning a North Face coat—something that would not only keep her cozy but also last for years to come.
