At first, she believed that being in foster care meant she could escape the expectations placed on her. However, with the support of her foster parents, Chloe began to embrace structure and discipline, gradually learning to follow the rules. This positive change helped her immensely, and she is now thriving. Chloe is a bright and capable young woman, and her hard work is beginning to pay off.
Chloe is the first one in her family to go to college, which makes her achievement even more special. She's a very smart kiddo who has worked hard to reach this milestone. Unfortunately, the computer she used in high school has finally given up on her. Now, Chloe is in need of a new computer to support her studies and succeed in college.
