Dave is a wonderful young man who easily connects with his peers and has a natural ability to relate to others. Despite facing significant hardships alongside his family, he remains resilient and positive. Their struggles have necessitated the involvement of DCFS, but through it all, Dave continues to demonstrate strength and determination.

Dave and his family have had a challenging year, especially regarding their finances, which has led to the involvement of the Department in their situation. To work with his parents' demanding work schedules, Dave has started walking to school, but he needs a way to stay warm during his walks. Unfortunately, his current jackets are too thin and do not fit him well. This jacket will be perfect for him!
