On his spare time, he listens to music to sooth his mind, he journals to release pain, and life testimonials. He enjoys exercising to keep himself in shape. Life has been hard for Cris, but he still thrives to push through for his goal to be in the NFl.
Cris is in a trauma group that is learning about and discussing self-love. This journal will help participants understand what self-love is, explore different ways to practice it, and recognize its importance. It will encourage them to discover new methods of self-love, boost their self-confidence, and uncover aspects of themselves they may not have realized before. This journey will not only inspire them but also elevate their mindset regarding self-love.
