Valentine's cards and treats for Quinton's kids

Quinton, 20 years old, OR

Wish submitted by:

The Lost & Found Institute

Quinton's childhood was filled with instability, moving through the foster care system and struggling with feelings of rejection and isolation. These experiences led to mental health challenges, including depression and suicidal thoughts, as he often felt invisible to those around him. Despite the adversity, Quinton developed resilience through mindfulness and movement, finding solace in yoga. He discovered his purpose as a trauma-informed yoga instructor, wanting to support system-involved youth facing hardships similar to his own. Now, as he pursues certification, he aims to create a safe space for young people to heal, grow, and feel seen.

Quinton needs assistance in getting Valentine's Day cards and small gifts for his children, as well as cards for them to share with their classmates. It's important to him that they can fully participate in their school celebrations and have a special day at home. A gift card would enable him to select thoughtful cards, small treats, and classroom valentines, allowing his kids to feel included and excited to celebrate with their friends. This support would help Quinton create meaningful memories while showing his children how loved and supported they are.
