Azalea is happiest in motion. Whether she's swimming, playing outside with her siblings, or tinkering with electronics to see how they work, she brings the same curiosity and energy to everything she does. That same drive shows up in school too, where she's making great strides, especially in math. As the middle child of four, Azalea treasures her close bond with her siblings. In the middle of the changes that come with foster care, that connection has remained one steady, joyful constant in her life.

Azalea really loves the one-on-one time she gets to spend with her foster parents. They often go to Starbucks together, where she enjoys sipping on hot chocolate or a refreshing pink drink. One of her favorite little indulgences is getting a cake pop to enjoy while they spend time together. Whenever they visit town, she gets excited about picking up small treats; it’s such a special part of their outings!
