Children, Youth and Families DepartmentTyrek, who is in foster care, is super active and enjoys both indoor and outdoor activities. He is learning to communicate more effectively with the people around him.
Tyrek has a huge passion for trucks, especially monster trucks. He's discovered some really cool monster truck pajamas that he hopes to have for his transition to a new foster home in a few weeks. Since coming into foster care, Tyrek has made tremendous progress; he's grown so much and has become more expressive about his likes and dislikes. It’s heartwarming to see him becoming more confident and vocal about what makes him happy!
