Raven is a happy boy in foster care, thriving despite some health issues from birth. He enjoys time with his siblings and foster family. Raven loves the outdoors, especially water activities. He is also fascinated by trucks, cars, and Spiderman, and is making great progress in learning to talk.

Raven has a condition that requires him to wear a hat in the sun to protect his head. He adores Paw Patrol and has been asking for a Paw Patrol hat for some time now. Raven will be so excited for his Paw Patrol hat, he may never take it off!
