Nova is a beautiful baby girl. Her journey began at a significant moment in her mother's life; just after completing her summer college classes, Nova's mother welcomed her into the world. An interesting aspect of Nova's background is that her mother experienced life in foster care. In a meaningful gesture to honor her past, she chose to pass down the last name of her former foster parents to Nova. This decision reflects the importance of family, both biological and chosen, in shaping their identities. Although Nova is an only child, she is surrounded by a supportive extended family eager to guide and nurture her as she develops. With this strong network of love and encouragement, Nova is sure to flourish and grow into a remarkable individual.

Nova is growing and developing quickly. She is reaching all of her milestones with an infectious smile, and her belly laugh can brighten anyone's day. Recently, she has started eating jarred baby food, and so far, she hasn't met one she doesn't like. Her appetite is quite large! As she continues to grow, she could use some larger bibs to help keep her clean during mealtime. Nova has also transitioned to a high chair and enjoys sitting upright, watching everyone around her. Meanwhile, Nova's mom is still searching for housing, and finances remain very tight.
