Morgan has the biggest brown eyes we have ever seen. She entered foster care as a newborn due to her biological mother’s mental health issues. Despite this, her biological mother regularly visits and loves spending time with her sweet little girl. It seems that Morgan will soon find permanency with her foster family, who love her beyond measure and consider her a cherished part of their home. Morgan loves being outside, and her foster family are avid travelers, so she enjoys exploring new places alongside them.
