Therapeutic Interagency ProgramKeaira is a baby who is working with her mom in a treatment program so that mom can learn how to care for her, hopefully preventing being placed in foster care.
Keaira's mom has very limited resources and can't work since she is in intensive recovery treatment services. She would love to provide a nice holiday for Keaira, and buy her a couple of toys and outfits. This has been a very hard year for them and mom is hoping that the holidays can be a start of a great new year for 2017.
