Ismael has been through a lot recently. He got a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) who has been helping him. He shared that he’s excited about starting college and wants to do well. He needs a laptop because he's taking four classes and wants to keep up to stay in his housing program. Now that he's in transitional housing, he’s really motivated to succeed, and he's working closely with his CASA. He also has some health issues to take care of, and having a laptop would help him keep track of his medical records and appointments, which would make it easier for him to balance school and everything else going on in his life.
