Rosie has been in the foster care system for several years and currently lives in a group home. She has limited contact with her family and is the last sibling still in foster care. Recently, Rosie has shown improvement both at home and at school. She has developed an interest in learning independent living skills and has taken on the role of a mentor for other children in the group home.

Rosie has been doing really well in her group home. She loves wearing Nike shoes and has told the staff how much she enjoys them. She has a birthday coming up and would love to go shopping for shoes. She can't wait to try them on and find the perfect pair or two! This is wish 1 of 2.
