Despite facing challenges from their past, Amy has tackled adolescence with strength and resilience.

Amy has been exploring new coping skills because their old ones have not been helpful recently. As they get older, Amy wants to focus on developing healthier coping strategies. They find that a combination of art and hands-on activities works best for them while processing their childhood trauma.
