These experiences led to mental health challenges, including depression and suicidal thoughts, as he often felt invisible to those around him. Despite the adversity, Quinton developed resilience through mindfulness and movement, finding solace in yoga. He discovered his purpose as a trauma-informed yoga instructor, wanting to support system-involved youth facing hardships similar to his own. Now, as he pursues certification, he aims to create a safe space for young people to heal, grow, and feel seen.

Quinton is looking to purchase cleaning supplies to keep his home fresh and organized. He plans to stock up on essentials such as trash bags, disinfectant spray, paper towels, and other everyday items that help maintain cleanliness in his household.
