Artejah has been in foster care for several years. She lost her mother when she was fifteen, and her father has frequently been in and out of jail, as well as her life. Recently, after four years, Artejah's legal guardian rescinded guardianship, leading her to reenter extended foster care. Artejah is looking forward to attending college.

Artejah recently had a baby and is focusing all her energy on being a new mom. For her birthday, she wants to buy a new outfit to help her feel good about herself and boost her self-esteem. She can't wait to pick out the perfect outfit that helps her feel just as good as she looks!
