As a child with special needs, Kayden requires ongoing medical attention to help him achieve every milestone along the way, and his cousin who takes good care of him is committed to ensuring he receives the best care possible.
Kayden needs some cooler clothing to help him stay comfortable as the Arizona temperatures are rising. Kayden would love to wear some lightweight two-piece outfits and lightweight rompers to help him stay comfy.
