Ava is living with her older sister at their maternal grandmother's house. Also living there is her older brother, who has aged out of foster care. Ava is a joy to be around and hopes to be reunited with her mother one day. For now, she is very happy to be with her older siblings. Ava loves being involved in the school drama club and excels at making friends!

Ava is excited about her birthday and can't wait to celebrate with cake alongside her older sister, brother, grandma, and mother. They plan to go to her favorite restaurant before having cake at her grandma's house. Ava knows that her family doesn't have a lot of extra money, but she would love to buy herself a purse, jewelry, and lip gloss for her upcoming birthday. Her older sister has offered to take her to her favorite store, Target, for a shopping trip!
